Scope of the service
Giventra brings an event, its people and their wishes together. Available features help with invitations, replies, wishlists and gift coordination; Secret Exchange adds private assignments. Accounts and personal invitations
Keep account credentials and personal invitation links confidential. Guests can use authorized invitation access without creating an account. Opening an invitation does not record RSVP acceptance. Do not access another person’s invitation or assignment without authorization. [Confirm eligibility, minimum age and any guardian requirements.]
Organizing with care
Provide accurate event and invitation details and invite people in a relevant personal context. Do not use Giventra for unsolicited advertising, impersonation, harassment or unlawful content. Gift commitments and external purchases
A gift commitment records an intention to take care of an idea; it is not payment confirmation. Check details, price and availability with the merchant before buying. Purchases, delivery and returns are handled with the external seller under its conditions. A private gift contribution is not automatically a charitable donation or tax-deductible.
Preserving the exchange
Follow the participation and draw rules shown for your event. When assignments have been created, another participant’s private discovery does not reshuffle the group. Keep assignments private to preserve the surprise. Availability of changes depends on the event’s stage.
Availability, closure and legal rights
Message arrival can depend on external email services; a sent status does not prove reading. Moving an event to Archive does not delete its data.
